Since you can grind skinning on mobs regardless their lvl now there is no need to run around all over the Azeroth to lvl skinning anymore.
But for some reason HB refuses to skin mobs that are to high lvl (for example - my skinner with lvl 2 in skinning wont skin Crox that are lvl 87).
