[Request] Force Loot Plugin

Hey, is this possible to make a plugin that every for example 30 sec checks is there anything to loot and if there is something it loot it, the thing is it should only loot when you are not dealing any damage, you can be in combat though.

There is a plugin called CombatLooter, i think it does exactly what you want.
