Request for Rogue PVP rogue blind CC

<REQUEST> simple Rogue pvp CC. No Combat rotation

What im looking for, is a CC that will only cast blind on a specific pvp targets. Im not sure if this is even possible but it would increase rogue pvp significantly.

I would like it to Blind the player that is not currently targeted by me and in range. Blind then switch back to current target immidiatly after blind. Would be nice to have it say "<name> blind do not touch. (something that resembles an addon)

Target classes with specific attributes and has a high chance of being a healer.

Priest(not shadow)
pally(with certain cap of mana to ensure it is a healer)
Shaman (with certain cap of mana to ensure it is healer)
Druid(with certain cap of mana to ensure it is a healer)
Then list the other classes with mage being last

Would also like it to target players that have above a certain ammount of health, this would hopefully ensure that the CC dosnt blind a target currently being attacked.

Would also be nice to have it know when i reset my blinds.

Please let me know if this is possible, I think it would be great.​

To the OP. You can most likely make a plugin to do this instead of a CC. Allowing you to use a full CC (with blind commented out) In combat bot, or possibly fully afked. I've been away to long to do this myself as the bot seems to be using a new lib that am on way familuar with. But am bumping your thread so that maybe one of the CC / Plugin devs maybe able to lend you a Hand.
