my Invoice is 45167 , no longer need that much sessions since i lost few accounts last week. thanks
 
Can you eat half a meal at a restraunt and request a refund becuase you did not finish it? i think not.
It is not bosslands fault you lost accounts. Don't expect a refund.

How does that matter? you lost accounts why do you deserve a refund? If there was a mass ban by warden and you just purchased it, then ok i would think a refund is in order.

I'm starting to think people are abusing the refund policy bossland has set in place.

This is up to bossland but as far as I know the 30 day return policy is for new customers only.
So would think if you bought one of the other lifetime subscriptions more then 30 days ago I guess it will be denied. Good luck though.
