So i've never written a CC before and i think i understand all of the concepts as i've written "scripts" i suppose you would call them for other programs in the past but i've never dealt with C#, all i am requesting is an extremely simple CC that does this:
If Target doesnt have Moonfire / Insect swarm cast them
Cast starsurge on cooldown and on Shooting stars proc
Else spam wrath
The reason i am requesting this is simply so i can see how all of the different aspects of the cc fit together properly.
