There are some, but i think they are broken mainly cuz daily quest seems to be broken and therefore i think most of it is on hold, but dunno.. Link to 2 profiles:

Profiles for whole leveling with quest have been made, this is shorter.

And easier to test since you can get the quests repeatedly. Leveling profiles are kind of one shot deals per toon once you finish testing a group. If for any reason you have to go back to fix something testing requires another toon.
