I'm using singular routine for DK's, because that's what works best for me, though one way to optimize it would be to make it change to frost or unholy presence while in combat (or permanently). This would give the ability to proc the glyph called Dark Succor a lot! Glyph of Dark Succor - Item - World of Warcraft
Singular doesn't give the option to do this, so I was hoping a simple plugin could do this.

Solved, editing the CR file is easier than I thought.
