is cossibile costumers have a class that does not interfere with my movements and attacks, but that uses only Rebuke and stun when the target is casting?
would be great if you could also set the level of energy and mana of the target under which the spell must be cast.
anyone know how to create it?

I highly recommend EzRet - Simple PVP CC run with Lazyraider it does all the things you want apart from repentance but if you disable repentance in the (interrupts) interface option and make a macro for it then it works perfect but make sure you download it from the SVN and not the attached file otherwise you wont get the updated one.
