[REQUEST] Blank "Plugins" folder in DB zip

As the title suggests. Just a really small thing to add. Add a blank "Plugins" folder the DB zip files.

Yes I know it takes 5 seconds to do that but having to do a fresh install of DB enough times its annoyed me enough to come here and suggest it.

DB creates is on startup or you can do it manually

Ahh, didn't know it was created on start-up. I always get everything ready before I start the bot for the first time. Thanks for the info.
