[Request] Auto Accept Ready Checks, Resurrection, Dungeon & LFR Queues

I'm looking for a plugin that will auto accept:

• Ready Checks
• Resurrection
• Dungeon Queues
• LFR Queues
• Voting Yes on Dungeon & LFR Kick Requests

There are a few plugins that did most or all of this in Mists but no longer work in Warlords:

• AutoReady (and 187Pyro's 6.0.2 update)
• ReadyCheck (and Powa's version)
• Alisha AutoInvite Helper

If you could update one of the plugins above (or write one from scratch) I will be eternally grateful.
