Actually I want a complete guide with cheap gear to get for be able to run without problem at MP3-4

I am not an experience player of wizzard so I really dont know which item to buy !

Okay dude, so first things first: What is your budget? 1 mil is not going to get you anywhere to be honest.
I had a 25 mil budget, and I followed this guide; How To Build An Archon Wizard (Budget & Non Budget) - Diablo III - YouTube because good critical mass gear is kind of expensive. So I went with a decent Archon.

Also, what kind of build would you like to have? Be sure to do a little bit of research before rolling through the AH for gear.

Thats a big budget, you'll get some nice gear for that I think.

The only wizard build I used to bot is the Archon build. It runs smoothly, I hope others will also post some succesful builds.

I use the Black Ice build. Seems to work good for a low budget

I run the Act1 weep xp profile by Fallendev with this build: Wizard - Game Guide - Diablo III

You can replace energy armor with storm armor/scramble for low MP zerg.

helm, amulet, chest, Tal 3 piece
craft shoulder / glove, or buy rare
ring, boots, zunimassa
1 hand black damage weapon with socket (chd is bonus, life leech is not really needed if u plan to run mp0-2 only)
offhand triumvirate
belt, witching hour'
pants, any

Use scoundrel, get him a cold damage bow/xbow and stack IAS on him.

Archon will "stuck" from time to time (game disconnects from server), especially in the manor at the last door lead to the stairs.
