For us who are doing the books for the animus progression, we all know how long the fates in this books are so I am just requesting if its possible to have this bot do them for you instead of you waiting (2-4 hrs) just for one fate to pop and only takes about 5-10 mins to complete

The only thing the api can do currently is determine whether an enemy is a fate mob, there's currently no way to determine whether a fate is active in the zone you're in and it's location as far as I know. I do think that the last update added fate related stuff, so i'm sure Mastagh is working on it.
