[REQUEST] Alcohol drinking plugin: Drink and be merry!

I just got a pretty funny idea while killing pirates in Tanaris. These guys drop Volatile Rum called alcohol drink, which puts a message "X is a little tipsy from [Volatile Rum]" to the chat. Would it be possible to make a plugin, which detects when there is a alcohol drink in your inventory?

Some possible features would be:
- Use only out of combat, not mounted
- Use only every 1-3 minutes (randomize the time)

I know this sound pretty crazy but it reduces the chance of people detecting you. "There's no way bot drinks those!"

Kind of pointless. People actually playing don't see someone killing pirates and go "Hmm, I wonder if that guy's botting. If only he would drink some booze then I would be certain that he isn't!"

I have enough problems with me drinking booze while I bot. If my toon was in on the act I'd never get anything done.
