REQUEST: Aged pack stacker plugin

I would pay for a plugin that stacks aged packs on a 16x16 plot. Bonus would be if you could use it to reset packs that are expiring, so pick them up and replace them down.

That is not an easy request, i know of several people including myself who have attempted this in some way or form and have had little to no success.
