This is from a Barba & WD point of view.

Lots of times when my charter died, it could have been avoided, quite easily too if there was a HP / skill proc based mode to prioritice avoidance over combat.

Fairly simple consept. When certain conditions are met, turn on the "avoidance mode"

Example conditions:
- Used a potion/avoidance-skill/passive-avoidance proc'd + X-amount of mobs near (aka: allmost died, still lots of mobs near)
- X-amount of HP lost in X-amount of seconds. Some can heal fast, WD for example, but huge damage taken should not be ignored
- Abnormal amount of elites detected near or massive amount of effects detected, for example, lots of arcane-orbs
- After death, if mobs remain nearby and potion & recovery/avoidance skills in CD

When in "avoidance mode" change behaviour:
- ALL movement skills usage on hold. ONLY use teleport/jump/charge/etc to reach HP-globes and escapes.
- Prioritice using recovery skills, Rend/heal-rune-WW
- Spam HP-return skills without targets when needed. HP for Fury spent skills heal fast even if nothing got hit
- Min-distance before kite raised higher
- If more then X-amount mobs within close range, search empty space, move there
- Multiply ALL area effect avoidances 1.5-2x
- Do not move towards combat before HP has reached 90%
- If more then 50% of HP worth of damage taken in 3-5sec, run away
- Re-check summons, re-summon pets, high avoidance if none out (VERY important for WD and barb)

Turn off mode when:
- No mobs nearby / only few trash remain
- Potion not on CD
- Avoidance/recovery skills not on CD
- No auto-avoidance / auto-recovery debuffs are present
- Maximum amount of "permanent" summons are present (very importan for WD & Barb)

These options to turn on and off the mode need to be individually toggleable on or off. Else you can turn your bot a bit "over-carefull" while it could handle most situations. May wanna leave the entire feature as default off and let advanced botters use it if they deem it needed.
Each class will need its own settings and theres no "one fits all" -setup, builds and gear will all change how the settings need to be set. As long as the settings exists, let us do the tweaking, you give us the tools.
