[Request] Add a HB Sub-Forum for Requested Profiles

The title explains most of my request. It would just help keep the profiles more easily accessible. Yes the search can find a lot, but if you don't know what to call what you are looking for it can become very difficult. This ends with most users posting a new thread asking for what they want, and usually someone just links the other thread, leaving theirs in whichever forum they created it.

Anyways enough if my ranting. This is just a request. Even if the answer is no I'll get over it.
