[Request] 5NV -> FoM -> SD & DC

Hello, been roaming the forum for a bit and started configuring the profiles to suit my needs but couldn't get certain profiles to work together.

I managed to make FoM -> SD -> DC but I would like to get 5NV before entering those areas for farming.

e.g. - Go Leoric's Manor -> FW, etc. for the NV stacks.

Can I get anyone's help on doing so?
