[REQ] Sending Chat Message between x and x minutes

Is there any known Plugin which can send a chat message for example in Trade at a random time between x and x minutes?

If not maybe someone has in the future some time to take a look in such a plugin.

It would take me 5 minutes to make - but I despise trade channel spammers so I'm not going to.

Once a hour posting in Trade isn't spam for me :/

I doesn't need to post each 5 minutes, each hour would be ok, but random so not exactly each 60 minutes :/
