REQ: mob miner and herber

Some of the mobs killed while leveling can be mined or herbed (I think), HB will only collect the standard minerals and herbs and often will kill these mobs but never harvest them. Would it be possible to make a plugin that will lookout for this occurrence and automatically mine and herb ?
