REQ; I just wanna kill stuff automagically while I do some quests by hand button

As the title says, full control over HB but with the built in fighting skilz, so I can just do some questing by hand and kill stuff automagically along the way. Currently i have been unloading meshes etc but this is rather unclean. Should sit nicely next to the start and load profile buttons.
