[REQ] Grindbot- Farming Ancient guo-lai cache keys from shao-tin marauders

I'm sure this has been mentioned before. I just started learning how to make your own profiles and it got me thinking of a couple ideas, which seem way too advance for me right now.
1. With group loot, is there a way to make it so your toon will loot every 10,20 kills. It certain areas with high kill ratio, no reason not to pick up the loot if this feature can be added.
2. This one I really like. How can I connect profiles so a guy spends 100 kill/1 hour at one location then moves to another for farming purposes?
For example, with these 4 locations
yellow - shao-tien marauders
blue- stoneskin tricksters
bottom red- forget right now lol
left red- shao-tien fist
So, would it be possible to make a profile that visit these 4 locations and if the mob isn't there because of the dailies it will move to next spot?
