Repurchase accidentally refunded combat routine.

Hi, I was letting a family member use my HB account/WoW account during a short vacation and he refunded Portal combat routine after being told not to mess with any settings. I was wondering how I could re-purchase this combat routine because I thoroughly enjoy the support that Millz provides and the customization. Thanks!
