1. There is a serious BUG on the prioritization of looting pokestops and catching pokemons.
The bot always prioritize pokemons catching which inevitably causing a serious shortage of pokeballs. Even worse, when pokeballs are depleted, the bot will start using ultraballs on CP based catching.
2. [Never use ultraball] option should be added to prevent ultraballs being wasted by all sorts of bugs. Similar to what you did for [never use master ball] option
3. About IV based transfer. Many high CP pokemons can have very low IV, making them basically useless to retain. I suggest two new rules to be added to transfer option:
1. [Transfer all, BUT retain three highest CP ones AND also keep any pokemon with IV >90] This is for players who want both CP and IV
2. [Transfer all, BUT retain the three highest IV ones]. This is for high level player who only cares about IV. Usually anything with IV lower than 90 are not useful in the late game.
In addition, I suggest creating a separate table showing all the pokemons recently caught with IV>90, so that its easy to distinguish high IV ones
