Report Error: Invalid Executor HELP? :/

I log onto HB load mesh and profile select Start and then it
goes straight to a SEND ERROR REPORT: Invalid Executor
and closes out of HB
Im not sure what i dident download
ive looked at all the guides but none of them helped at all
I cant find the place to turn it into english or whatever
but i dont feel like thats the problem

if you could help id be verry happy

clear your wow cache folder and disable your addons
if you still got errors post your log here as attachement
