The Horde version attached below has an EXPERIMENTAL mailbox and vendor added. It may or may not work!
The Neutral version contains no mail or vendor.

You may need to place your character on the farmsite on your own

it grinds fine and stuff, but it bugs when he tries to repair. it seems its trying to repair using a no-repair vendor - "Vrok" at Bor'gorok Outpost (it vendors just fine).
i didnt test mailing yet.
