I have never had a problem with looting. What loot problem do you have?

Yep mate you are right .. you need to do quests.

Sorry sheffield622 not sure what ones. all i know is one of my accounts could do it but my other account that was in party with the first didn't see any of the mobs and was phased.

I didn't do many of the quests on the second account, but did most quests in panda with my first..

This is a very bad way of saying.. i did not check at what stage my char could see the mobs to get the rep, sorry
