Renaming In PF

Is there any way that I can rename pokemon on PF? I don't want to risk opening it on my phone but I want to evolve these 3 Eevee's and do that Rainer, Sparky etc. trick.

Also, while we're on the topic, I'm about level 20 and have only opened PG on my phone when I was about level 4-5, do we think it's safe to open it on the phone if given enough time. Example: opening PG on my phone a day after using PF.

Edit: I know we have the Bulk IV rename but I mean to your own customized names. If so I can't seem to find it.

you are safe to open Pokemon app on your phone

just dont have open it when you are using PF and also make sure you that you are in the same area as your PF farming area is
