Removing traces of old WoW Accounts - VMWare

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I just installed WoW on my VM, setup honorbuddy, then cloned it. Unfortunately, upon cloning, the original account information is still there (of course). Does anybody know the specific files that can be deleted in WoW to remove all traces of the existing WoW account or anything that can cause a chainlink through the WoW files? I'm attempting to avoid having to re-install WoW through each unique VM.

Thanks in advance.

The whole point of removing traces is to reinstall WoW on each new place, since its obvious that Blizzard link accounts by Wow installations.

If you do not want to download WoW files for each install, then take/purchase a copy of WoW Battlechest with a physical installation Disk, and reinstall it from there, then update from the server with the recent patch etc.

Thank you for the quick answer. Do you know of any links to acquiring the disk through .iso file so it can be virtually mounted? Would be much obliged.

I would rather buy a physical copy instead of DL from non-official source. The phishing groups on internet never sleep!

When you have the fresh VM with a fresh WoW install clone at this point. Do not login->setup honorbuddy and expect that you can clone that VM and not have that information carried over to the newly cloned instance.
