Remote Desktop with Better FPS

I was trying to use Gotomypc to monitor my bots from work but it is laggy as hell and impossible to do anything with any efficiency.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a program with better performance so I could work with my bots as needed from work?

I work 24, sometimes 48 hour shifts and I'd like to be able to post auctions/get mail during my downtime without dealing with 1 FPS of lag through the program.

Teamviewer seems to work ok for me. It's still somewhat slow, depending on my hotel connection at the time, nowhere near 1 fps tho, and I can mail/auction stuff pretty easily.

VNC is great I personally use RealVNC that even has a java applet for XX.XXX.XXX: XXXX so no software needed on the client computer except for java of course.
