[Release] TankLeader v1.0.369.68

This update contains various updates and fixes, as well as a bunch of new stuff.

• TankLeader and World of Tanks should no longer freeze each other when loading profiles.
• Updated the bot to work with Chinese clients.
• An alarm sounds when captcha is shown.
• TankLeader now recognizes where it is in game, garage, login screen etc.
• TankLeader reports errors to our server, so we can fix stuff more accurately.
• Queue priority can now be set in the Settings window, through a simple UI.
• Artillery should no longer wait for 10+ seconds before firing.

If, for whatever reason, you want to disable reporting back to the server, you can do so in the configuration file. We do not transfer any information by which you can be identified, or any private information.

I think the best solution for the artillery waiting time before firing, at least 3 seconds. At the moment she hit ratio is low enough for me

hmm, this might be a stupid question, but where is the setting button.? And how do i choose which tank i want Tankleader to queue with.? It keeps running with Tier 1 and Tier 2
