I've done loaded this version, done a clean install from the zip and I've tried the installer, restarted my PC and even tried the newer beta

Any help would be really great, every thing is broken since the D3 update.
 
Have run Rifts @ T10 no problem and Grifts @ 58+ with some nav issues.

Otherwise we're back in business. Thanks Guys!

What is the minimum Windows version that this version of DB will run under? The reason I ask, is that my main PC is having some issues so I pulled out my older PC which has Windows 7 on it, and reinstalled D3 ROS, and DB .428. DB will authenticate and log in, but when it goes to attach to D3 it crashes. So I am wondering if it is a Windows version issue, or I just screwed up somewhere in my installs. It works fine on my main PC (for now), but I have Windows 8.1 on there.

Thanks in advance for any help.
