rel 36- problem with hero attacking other hero with weapon when taunt is up

I notice that if the enemy has a taunted minion on the table, the bot wants to try to attack the enemy hero with his equipped weapon but is unable to do so because of the taunted minion. The bot doesn't seem to recognize that it has to eliminate the taunted enemy and just keeps trying over and over to attack the enemy hero. eventually the turn times out.
