Reinstall HB: Getting MSG Installation: modified by user

Hey, I just updated my HB, first I downloaded it and then overwrite, got the msg. Then I deleted everything and just clean install to empty folder, still get the msg.
Whats up with that? If there is something that I should delete or should I install it on different folder? Sorry to ask this, but I might have not got that memo.
