Do you guys think that maybe you should make it slightly more clear that we have to use our new Key to Login with no password ????

The mail is not clear and your really going to get a crap load of spam posts about this today.

Alot of us haven't received an email and are left wondering wtf just happened
 
pretty sure the announcement is linked in the e-mail and it says right on the announcement in bold that you need to use your key as your username with no password.

even if i put only my key as username it still gives me invalid product key.....
 
I think he means that there's no keys listed under the unused/inactive. I'm guessing this is a common problem.
 
Same, only got mail with key and no instructions, and it's not even working.

Edit: Nevermind, wrong key in email. Good job there...

Keys are being re-added to the auth page as a new key set has just been mailed out.
 
But I don't get it, why only use a key instead of username and password? Isn't it much easier for people to get over others keys?
 
I closed my bot and then noticed my key had just changed...


New key is now working for me.

Got it working, now it says the session is invalid. I can't log back in using my key. Seriously? WTF
 
Oh surprise fucking surprise, WHILE I was botting, my key somehow became unused/inactive.

Genius.

You may also want to look at the webconfig file regarding the links from the Buddy Auth portal.
 
I'm having the same issue. I got the key in the email, signed up for a new buddyauth with it, worked fine...then offline I go and here comes the damn "You do not have permission to connect to the server" or w/e and now my BuddyAuth doesn't show the key.
 
just be patient guys, i got my key yesterday and today its not working anymore, seems to be a common bug =)
 
Great bot, sub-par company and customer support. I really wish someone would figure it out.
