Regarding Refunds & new Tyrant release

few short words about,


Refunds
we do refund anyone who asks for a refund through [email protected], its pointless to open up a case on PayPal, this just makes the process slower and your refunds will take longer.

New Release
In the next two to three days you will see probably not much more of any news. If there are any and there is a good progress, we will inform you.

Aimbot/Triggerbot
A lot have asked, and probably more will ask. We have no functionality on this yet. But at least a Triggerbot seems nice to have. However it will be limited, if it ever comes out, to Legendary Buddies only.

Pricing
With an new release, we will increase all prices. It is clear to us, that with a higher price, people will start to think about the purchase and the risks they are willing to take. We in general are happy when people think a bit and understand the consequences of using tools that are against TOS/EULA. You should never use your beloved account with a bot or cheat. The monthly sub will be, if nothing changes, at 19.95 EUR, while the other prices will stay the same.

Purchased Keys
The few of you, that have a Tyrant Key and have not asked for a refund, will get their "usage" on the key nulled, once the new Tyrant is released. This means than your key will have a month of usage, the moment you first launch the bot again.

So your reasoning is that paying 40$ for the game is not enough of a deterrent to make people question the risk well enough so you have to raise the bot price as well to compensate for the game's "low price" ?

You also call blizzard stupid for naming and shaming cheaters, and you very well know their strict anti cheater policy and you know that they will go to every length they can think of to discourage people from cheating/exploiting even if that includes disclosing who cheated.

Lately, you have also deleted all lifetime keys for exilebuddy, including my own with no head's up notice.

You have raised honorbuddy prices even though there's been 4 banwaves since may 2015 and your anti detection has not improved at all as shown by this recent wow and overwatch banwave.

Ok, we will keep paying! Well at least I will since I dont give a rat's ass about money (or bans) but let's see how many others will.

I'm not sure what marketing strategy you're trying to follow here, hope it works out ^^

Also, if you make a triggerbot, why give it to legendary users only, does it follow the same logic? If they pay 200 euro they don't care if they get banned? I'm not sure what the logic is for this thinking though... perhaps I'm missing something though and you can shed some light, is it that very rich ppl can keep spam buying accounts and they don't care and the poor won't even afford the bot in the first place?

I'm not joking btw I'm actually interested in the thinking here and I think a lot of other people are too. I mean bans are bans I've lived with them since I can remember and I will continue to do so, but everything else is not really making sense, at least not to me, maybe you have studied the market trends and feel that this is the way to go but I can't honestly see it working out.

P.S I hope you get through this, but I think you need to find a way to at least seem more on people's side other than just increasing costs. I mean blizzard will win in the end no matter what, it is just a matter of time, the only question is how much time, it could even take decades, but the corporate swine always has endless resources and people to pour into whatever they're fighting to win it, but I think they should get hell through it nontheless

I jumped into Legendary before any of this was announced because I been here long enough to know they will get shit done.


Hacking / Botting you will always get banned. Whether it is a year or two or if you make it 3 months or 6 days.

I'm not sure what this triggerbuddy will do, but it does sound like something I'll upgrade into

I'm owner of 2x lifetime demonbuddy, 1x hearthbuddy..., will there be option to combine these into an ultimate legendary lifetime or maybe a couple years sort of thing?

The front office may take 48 hours to respond, and they don't work the weekends. Once they approve the refund, it will take the payment provider a few days to return the funds.

If more than two working days have passed since your email, I'd try following-up with another email.

Some excellent points, that I feel many here are unaware of:
#1: Trigger Bot only for Legendary users...seriously?
#2: You are raising prices, after your product got many people banned in < 2 weeks, and you are not providing additional functionality (trigger bot) for that increased price?......datlogic
#3: No one should use this product on an account they care about (main).
