I was just wondering if it's safe to run bots 24/7 here on hearthstone.

I'm fairly new to both the botting scene and hearthstone scene so I'm not very aware how much effort they put in to ban the bots.
How do you guys do - 12/12, 24/7? What are your thoughts?
