Regarding botting account

I'm fairly new at botting for WoW, but I just had a few questions, I just wanted to know if I play my main account on my main computer and then switch accounts completely on the same computer and bot on there, will it affect my main account in any way shape or form? also I wanted to know if I get gold on my botting accounts, can I somehow transfer some of that gold on to my main account without it being suspicious in anyway? maybe like auction house posts and C.O.Ds?
