Refunds?

Does anyone know if they do refunds at all... I bought this a few days ago and its so painfully useless... I expected it to at least be mostly functional coming from the buddy team but it didnt even make it from level 3 to 4 without getting stuck...

You'll likely be able to arrange a refund from them via email at [email protected]! Before you go, if it would be possible to post about where you got stuck, and which quest profile you were using, so it can be fixed for future use, it would be much appreciated!

Thanks, i'd love to stay and work through it if money wasn't tight but it seems like more of a headache than its worth right now...
I got stuck in the aurin starting area multiple times within the first 30 min of use... i'll try and go back later and get specific locations and quests
Also in the first ~3min of the algoroc starting area it kept repeating 'completed quest dialogue' or something along those lines and then got stuck at one of those teleporters (whatever the wildstar equivalent of a wow inn is) and just stood there... not actually physically stuck but it just stood there doing nothing
tried moving it to quest locations to get it to restart but it just kept running back to that location

~~also was using the default profile pack that came with wb

I'll be straight, it very well might be more effort than it's worth right now.

My own questing profiles only really get you to the end of Algoroc right now, but if you end up giving it another try give them a go instead! The current 'default profiles' aren't being developed anymore, and are all kinds of dead.
