Refunded the wrong Buddy Store product, how can I reverse it?

Dear support,

I've accidentally refunded the wrong product.

Purchased "Ultimate PVP Suite" and "Profit Master - Saberstalker Rep Farming" today.

The later won't work after starting, so I intended a refund.

However, I accidentally requested refund for the former, which I want to keep.

Please help!! Thanks!!

I'm not sure of your situation but in most cases the developer should try and help you with the problems you are having, instead of immediately refunding it to solve the issue. This way if you don't refund it, you're not locked out of any future updates that product may have that you want. Once you refund a product you can't buy it again!
