Hello

Please tell me where I go to arrange a refund, I think I've allowed enough time for a solution to my duff bot and the lack of response now leaves me no other alternative than to get a refund.

Todays log, bot keeps timing out for no apparent reason or disconnecting from the server.

Seems you got inactivity timer set in either DB or Rads and it fires it, so you leave the game. I would recomend to update DB to latest stable version as well as Trinity and Rads.

Also remember that the bug might be also in a plugin or the profile itself, not just DB client.

I have this problem too. When inactivity timer is tip, it exit game and stay on the screen doing nothing
