Hi,

I want a refund.... I emailed you and never answered back about the refund so im posting it here so you will see it. I b ought the key like 4 days ago and have not been able to use it since ive gotten it because of authentication failed (yes im using the right key) It worked for one sec than i turned it of and tried it again and authentication failed again. I just want my money back thanks too many bugs and problems to deal with.

I understand this would be a frustrating time to purchase as the devs are busy with Pandaria but if you look around on the forums or post a support thread I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised. I have been more than satisfied with HB but I cant speak for DB. I have always either found answers to issues rather easily on the forums or have had my questions answered in a timely manner by posting a thread asking for help. I hope you give them a shot.
