Hello, I did a refund 4 days ago today and I haven't received the money yet. I say it because in other refunds this take to me like 2 days and I get the money but not this time, so can you help me with this?

Honestly sounds like a bank issue. When did you request the money? Was it on the Easter Weekend for the public holiday?

When the money arrives back in your account depends on bank hours, days open, if you're in a different country to HB (they're in germany); if you paid with paypal, credit card,etc.

Long story short: wait another 5 days and then probs ask.
