Hi, I recently (16 dec) asked a refund for https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=4751
I received an email that the refund is being processed & it could take up to 2 workdays... Today 12 days later I still didn't get a refund nor a message about the refund.
Can a mod or admin check this please? Same accountname as my forumname.
If it's not possible to refund me, just activate the product again please.
