hey guys im sorry but irl is kinda crap atm.. and i realy need my money back to pay some bills,

i bought 1 session lifetime first then i bought another, for 34 euros.

i sended the refund thing and i got refunded 25 euros. the other remaining 34 euros is still not refunded ,
i will post 2 pics about the payment with all the info on it.
please help me
