Last night after i sent an email with "refund : key , key " i received back an email from you guys with the answer : "Done" . But when i checked my Credit Card Account, i didnt received any credits, and i dont have any incoming funds. So what's up?

it may take a couple of days for you to actually receive it, while its done on our end, it may take a couple of days for the banks and what not to process it.

hell i got a refund for my amazon prime membership on Saturday, and here it is Monday still waiting for the money to be refunded. so please be patient.
