Asked for a refund the day I purchased the bot 2 days ago, have yet to receive any reply. Curious how long it normally takes to get a response from the support team?
I imagine the Bossland front office ([email protected]) is probably handling a lot of things at the moment. They also do not work the weekends, which started for them about two hours ago.
If no response, keep trying to contact them every couple of days.
