2 months ago I bought this bot, it never worked for me. I wasted patient but development was to slow. Now I want a refund sins this bot is not working for me and is not giving me that it promised. Then I email asking for a refund and get a answer like this:
"and you needed only 2 months to find that out ?"
Is this the kind of "politeness" you give your costumers? And then stop replying back?
