Refund Plugin

Hello I was looking to refund a plugin and stumbled upon a threat, saying to write an email to [email protected].
But when i try doing that it just says "wrong DNS server".
Is this an old email or whats the best way to contact the support?

Its support@thebu[B]dd[/B]yforum.com and not support@thebu[B]d[/B]yforum.com.
If you write the address correct, it will work
