Refund for a Recently Purchased Key

Hi,

I purchased a bot licence 2 days ago and my account has been banned already. I have sent an email, including the licence key, to Demonbuddy support asking for a refund, but I was just wondering how long the process takes, or if in fact I have gone about it in the correct manner.

That's fine. I was a little worried that if it went past the 7 day period then I would be unable to get a refund.
