refund, bot not working properly

well after the "fix" i can't farm more than 5-10 min without session expired, which requires me to relog again + sometimes i get the authentication failed error afterwards, so i assume bot is not working properly, as i cannot turn my eye off it let alone bot properly while away/sleep, so its useless at the moment and i guess for a bot that is paid this is 2 much
 
The bot says this is the first test release for a reason. Give them some time to get the API 100%. If you really want a refund, go through the support email. Forums can't provide that.
 
could give it a while i guess, i hope we get some extra days for all the down time + test time which the bot clearly fails at the moment
 
where are all these cry babies come from? how old are you? like 12 or what?
 
HatchingEgg knows about the session expiring issue but is not Hotfixing it tonight, he and 3 others from the BuddyTeam have been working 72 working now on getting it working.

The buddy team along with other developers worked tirelessly just to get a build up and running. That being said, yes, there are still fixes that they will need to incorporate but they are aware of these issues and simply ask for a little time to sleep and regroup before fixing anything else. These guys always deliver, have faith.

damn for a 4 dollar bot, i sure do feel like our developers are being treated like slaves. This bot cost us the price of a 12 pack of coke. If not less. Lol

Send me your email i'll pay myself a "refund" for the frustrated kid that you are, even though i'm just a Customer. I'm tired of kids like you who wants everything instantly. u paid 3 Euros , is it like 50% of what u can spend in a month? send me ur paypal account and please never come back here, sucker.
 
you spoil kids steal your mom's credit card to often if you don't mind paying 4 bucks or 1 million for a failed to deliver product. but anyway, will give it few more days, this issues accrued during the last api even tho it wasn't fresh, so how can i be sure that it won't happen now, and by the time something will be done they will break the api again? as it is now, and was a week ago, its not really a bot, you can't call it a bot i think if you have to keep an eye on it every 5-10 min, if you can't be afk with it, sleep with it. therefor ... this product should practically be free for testing, until a final version which is flawlessly working is out.

Before the API crash, I was leaving it run for 48+ hours. Don't worry, the Devs will fix these issues as soon as they can. As I said before their main focus was simply to get a bot up and running. Now it's time to work out the kinks.
